Country Oven Bakery Freezer Expansions

Country Oven Bakery had contracted to install a new spiral freezer and cooler. Denham-Blythe was awarded to design and build the facility expansion for this new equipment along with installation of a 100' long Babb oven and renovating all existing utilities to meet the needs of the new equipment.

  • All design considerations included non-harborage details
  • Constructed a 20'x20' wall opening to install the Babb oven employing techniques and details to eliminate construction contaminants
  • New 400-ton ammonia system and PSM and RMP updates to existing ammonia system
  • Numerous floor drains and crossovers
  • Design and build multiple Intratrax conveyor hangers through existing walkable ceiling into existing facility structural steel
