Design Group Careers
Our reputation for taking on projects that are technically challenging has awarded us many of our best clients. We are able to provide innovative solutions to design obstacles because of our full complement Design Group. Our designers include architects, engineers (civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical), and drafters.
As problem solvers, our designers are tasked with converting our clients’ wish lists into the first version of its reality as well as continued monitoring throughout the construction phase of a project.
A great deal of mentoring is provided throughout our Design Group. We encourage all of our junior designers to acquire professional licensure and continue to further education by offering a wide range of experience and trainings.
Build Group Careers
Project managers, estimators, surveyors, and support staff make up our Build Group. These individuals possess strong organizational skills and an ability to face challenges, find solutions, and guide Craft Group members through an entire project.
The core of the Build Group is made up of project managers who are responsible for all project elements such as schedule, costs, resource allocation, and the creation of an amazing construction experience for our clients. Our project managers deliver a worry-free project that meets the clients goals in a safe and efficient manner. This position plays a key role in building long-term client relationships.

Craft Group Careers
Our Craft Group brings project designs to life by self-performing the construction work. This group is comprised of an on-site superintendent, carpenters, concrete crews, hardware installers, and equipment operators.
Safety and quality are the values that our craftsman carry with them to every project. Our in-house safety team has developed a program that promotes awareness and provides resources for our Craft Group through continued education, OSHA certification, and equipment operation certifications. With the assurance of a safe project-site, our Craft Group can focus on providing quality work in the details making up the facility that our clients will see every day.
We take pride in offering our employees cross-disciplinary opportunities.
