New Campus for Hospice Services

Bluegrass Care Navigators (then Hospice of the Bluegrass) had a goal to create a campus to attend to needful persons in Eastern Kentucky. Denham-Blythe served as general contractor for construction of this multi-building campus.

• Administration Building: 24,000 sf consisting of two stories above grade over a full basement. The basement contains the regional pharmacy and mechanical room. The first floor has conference and meeting rooms, a large training room, and counseling spaces. The second floor is primarily office spaces.
• In-Patient Buildings: 24,000 sf including twelve inpatient bedrooms with each having a private patio, commercial kitchen, family lounges, med room, offices, call center, work room, and various support spaces. Welcoming area features a large timber canopy and reception lobby with clerestory tower accent
• Home Medical Equipment & Distribution Center: 4,000 sf
