Forging Plant Expansion & Additions

International Crankshaft needed extra space in their facility to meet growing production demands. Denham-Blythe was able to design and build an expansion that involved planning and zoning work, relocation of a city street, and seven separate building additions on three sides of the existing facility without disrupting plant operations.

• Managed a 12-phased schedule
• Placed process foundations for induction heater, stamping press, twister press, coining press, bolster wash, and cullet conveyor
• Erected a water cooling system
• Constructed a waste water treatment system
• Greatly expanded the existing parking lot
• Installed storm water runoff controls
