Build Group
Services

Our project managers act as the single point of contact for our clients, allowing them to be as involved as they wish during all phases of the project. The Project Manager represents and executes the client’s goals in direct collaboration with all project contributors: Design Group, Craft Group, sub-contractors, and vendors.

Team Builders & Client Advocates

No matter the size or scope of the project, our project managers understand that the success of the project relies on the team that is assembled. During the initial stages of a project, Project Managers will curate an in-house team of project contributors from the Design Group and Craft Group who possess relevant project experience. At the same time, our estimators choose and contact sub-contractors and vendors regarding project scope information. Once a project is awarded, our team is able to react quickly to stay on-schedule and under-budget. As client advocates who coordinate with experienced and dependable teams, our Build Group guarantees that your project goals will be accomplished.
