Webasto Sunroofs sought to build a production facility in Lexington, Kentucky. Denham-Blythe provided design-build services to create a flexible production area as well as an office building brand that has been carried over to later office projects on their Lexington campus

  • Constructed 2-story office with cafeteria, operations, training, executive offices, conference rooms, and engineering open pool area
  • Erected spacious and flexible production facility on 40'x60' bays
  • Designed for hazardous materials area utilizing explosion relief panel systems for paint storage room
  • Built seven shipping/receiving docks
  • Placed employee parking lot and signature grounds lake and fountain
