Denham-Blythe provided the design and construction for the renovation of the exterior facade and interior of the 1960’s built retail centers for a local rural electric cooperative. The co-op maintained operations and continued to service clients throughout the duration of the projects.

• Increased material efficiency through updated windows, wall insulation, and shell material construction.

• Provided ballistics rated teller station, updated the teller drive-through window station and improved traffic flow around the drive-through.

• Applied EIFS facade to soften the metal building appearance and provided new TPO roofing, stainless steel copings, and downspouts.

• Coordinated with the office staff in order to create a schedule that did not impede customer service or experience.
