Housewarmings was looking to open a retail showroom that would provide customers a place to experience luxurious interior and patio layouts. Denham-Blythe provided the design and renovation of a retail showroom with an expansive display for 53 vignettes that feature fireplaces, stoves, and other home accessories.

• Shifted overlapping grids of a largely open floor plan showcasing multiple product applications

• Installed a variety of cloud-shaped ceilings, suspended open grids, and acoustical and wood tiles

• Placed architectural concrete, laminated planks, carpet, and porcelain tile flooring

• Lighting includes accent pendants, monorail and directional lighting

• Facade renovation consists of an aluminum-clad storefront entry
