Hino Motors aspired for their office conditions to match their impressive production facility. Denham-Blythe was able to convert the client’s early written scope wish list for several employee areas into a comprehensive re-envisioning for daily operations utilizing multi-phased construction.

• Built 20,400 SF office addition including open office flow, several conference  rooms, document storage, and showcase lobby

• Existing office space was renovated into new cafeteria with vending  machines, millwork, and upgraded plumbing

• Existing cafeteria was converted into new training room with new flooring  and A/V additions

• Existing training room was converted to expand existing locker rooms

• Designed and erected new fabric shade sail canopy for exterior break area
