PureCycle Technologies offers the only recycled polypropylene with properties equal to virgin polymer. The process, invented by Proctor & Gamble, removes color, odor, and other contaminants from recycled feedstock resulting in virgin-like polypropylene suitable for any PP market.


Turnkey EPC for OSBL scope including coordination and installation of ISBL and 3rd-party equipment


  • New Feedstock Evaluation Unit/Pilot Plant: high hazard building with both internal and external blast consequence modeling

  • Significant renovation of 155,000 sf. of existing buildings for feedstock processing and OSBL utility equipment

  • New processing facility: high hazard building with product additive injection and extrusion systems

  • New commons/operations facility: offices, laboratory, and operations space

  • Ancillary structures including rail car loading/wash, guard shack, firewater pump house, wastewater pretreatment

  • New electrical substation and site electrical distribution for 25MW load and approximately 1000 equipment connections

  • New utility plant including 90,000 lbs/hr steam, cooling water, chilled syltherm, compressed air, and hot oil system

  • New vent relief header and air control device (flare)

  • Risk-based structural design and analysis was performed to assess quantitative explosion risks

  • Facility Siting Services for a 26 acre brownfield site along with full permitting assistance to include air quality, wastewater pretreatment, stormwater discharge
