Denham-Blythe provided the design and construction of a two-story building to a Kentucky War Veterans Retirement Facility consisting of a 6,300 SF kitchen, 7,100 SF of dining area and offices, and 16,000 SF of renovations

• The project also included renovating an entire patient wing to upgrade to house special needs residents

• Fully functional commercial kitchen

• Walk-in cooler and freezer construction

• Installation of eight retractable suspended dining tables

• Two courtyard areas for residents and employees

• Dining area including retractable tables and seating into the ceiling

• Parking lot expansion
