Denham-Blythe oversaw the demo/renovation of a 12,900 SF two-story reutilization from distillery bottling shipping/receiving area into visitor’s center while maintaining the structural integrity of the 1881 historical building.


  • Constructed new office space, restrooms, fitting rooms and two new storage rooms on the 1st floor

  • Constructed 6 new tasting rooms with storefront glass separation walls, tasting bars & sliding barn doors on 2nd floor in addition to a catering kitchen, employee breakroom, restrooms, storage space and new managers office

  • Demolished walls to unite the existing space with the new on both floors

  • Refinished existing hardwood on 2nd floor and reconditioned original wood windows and interior concrete floor slab

  • Constructed elevated outdoor pavilion (30’ X 40’) where existing loading docks were located; complete with operation glass garage doors in the old dock door locations

  • Constructed main stair case from rough cut oak lumber
