Denham-Blythe provided the design and construction of a facility expansion to accommodate the installation of a new spiral freezer and cooler and the installation of a 100 ft long Babb oven. This expansion required the renovation of all existing utilities to meet the needs of the new equipment.

• All design considerations included non-harborage details 

• Constructed a 20’x20’ wall opening to install the Babb oven employing techniques and details to eliminate construction contaminants 

• New 400-ton ammonia system and PSM and RMP updates to existing ammonia system 

• Numerous floor drains and crossovers 

• Design and build multiple Intratrax conveyor hangers through existing walkable ceiling into existing facility structural steel
