Keeneland Racecourse needed to safely store and showcase their impressive collection of equine literature. Denham-Blythe had previously worked with the client and fully understood their expectations to uphold their visual brand for this library on their historic campus

• Collaborated closely with the client’s tenured architect to develop his schematic drawings into construction drawings

• Erected building with cathedral ceilings, dormers, and faux roof assemblies

• Sourced local stone masonry, glass framework, roofing, and copper roof accessories to match historic Keene barn and home

• Installed temperature and humidity controls for rare book room

• Provided FM fire prevention system
