Denham Blythe provided the design and construction of this new 17,200 sf. Equine Sports Barn with 14 stalls, two wash bays, two grooming stalls, two offices, laundry, feed storage, and two Clerestory apartments.

The work included: 

• Renovation and retrofit of an existing 40-year old barn, site utilities, pavement and lot improvements 

• A horse walker pavillion, and muck dock. 

• Masonry and wood frame design with three lighted cupolas created a campus theme for the remainder of the farm upgrades. 

• The barn incorporated new break away, and spring loaded horse stall screens. Barn interior at stalls and corridors is lined with 1x6 T&G stained paneling. 

• Large atrium area to provide a dramatic entrance for display of horses. The project was custom-designed to house sport horses for competition
