Madison County Board of Education needed a new middle school to accommodate the county’s growing population. Denham-Blythe operated as general contractor for this new educational campus.

• Constructed facility with over 155 rooms, including smart classrooms, science labs, media/computer rooms.

• Created larger assembly areas such as art room, band/music, gymnasium/stands/lockers, and cafeteria/kitchen

• Installed geothermal HVAC system, and occupancy sensor lighting systems

• Completed finishing details including glass facades, masonry cladding, architectural standing seam roof, granite & terrazo

• Placed an athletic campus including tennis courts and running track along with fields for softball, soccer, baseball, & football
