Team Modern is a convenience store wholesaler and distributor. They supply c-store, office, factory, school, and other businesses with a variety of inventory and support services. Denham-Blythe designed/built a new 118,000 SF distribution facility that featured the following:

• 13,000 SF of Freezer space

• 14,000 SF of cooler space

• 75,000 SF of dry warehouse, mezzanine offices, locker room, 14 dock positions, and a breakroom.

• Significant site improvements including storm drainage, new entrance road, parking lot, security fencing and access controls.
