Denham-Blythe provided the design and construction of a building fit-up for an existing warehouse to create a Kroger Distribution Center. The new Distribution Center features over 500,000 SF of dry grocery storage, a 75,000 SF “Candy room” with two RTUs providing chilled conditions, and 30,000 SF of new office space.

Along with the Distribution Center, Denham Blythe provided design and build services for the new 12,000 SF vehicle maintenance facility. Located on the same campus as the Distribution Center, the VMF will be utilized to perform services on Kroger’s fleet.

This project featured:
