Stantec Inc. is an international professional services company in the design and consuting industry. It needed to consolidate multiple offices around Lexington into one signature regional headquarters. Denham-Blythe collaborated closely with all stakeholders to create an inspiring three-story office experience for Stantec’s employees while submitting to the office park regulations.

• Utilized as much glass facade as possible to flood the building’s inner core with light

• Designed and built building shell and utility essentials

• Managed installation of tenant fit-up spaces employing automated lighting controls, exposed ceilings, and open translucent wall systems

• Created first floor testing laboratory with loading dock and thickened slab to minimize vibration
