• Denham-Blythe provided pre-construction services with LS3P Architects and NCEES, with attention to budget, schedule, and value engineering

• The new interior spaces have a vibrant palette of multiple carpets and accent paints

• Techstyle ceiling systems

• Significant rework of the branch HVAC system components

• New restrooms and wellness spaces

• Custom serpentine light fixtures

• Vehicle charging stations

• Double interlocking pre-action sprinkler system

• Large hospitality/break room spaces on each level
