Lexmark International had a vision for a new building that would accomplish consolidating offices, attract talented employees, and provide an inspiring environment for their research & development teams to work. Denham-Blythe provided the construction management of this project including an attractive 4-story office building, considerable underground utility package, and site beautification package.

• Collaborated on interior design

• Installed a variety of room types including laboratories, shower and lockers, and a 200-person conference room

• Installed HVAC controls, integrated lighting, and VOIP communication system

• Placed a fiber optic network infrastructure

• Erected cladding system of architectural glass and precast concrete panels

• Developed a dedicated project website to provide stakeholders access to project metrics
