Lexhold Development’s goal was to create an engaging office building that would attract office tenants to the University of Kentucky’s Cold Stream Research Campus. In addition to the construction management, Denham- Blythe provided the structural, mechanical, fire protection, and electrical design for this 5-story glass and precast clad office facility.

• Five-story front atrium with spider glass facade

• Three high-end elevators

• 18”x18” Italian marble floor tile throughout lobby

• Tenant space end-use for office, research/development and laboratory users.
