Denham-Blythe Company provided the design and construction of a new house for worship. Project highlights include concrete and steel construction, 6 and 8 inch metal studs, and brick veneer on walls. The roof is comprised of 40 year dimensional shingles on 3/4 inch T/G plywood on 20 gauge metal deck. A basement beneath and offices round out the new facility.


  • 35 ft gypsum board ceiling with indirect lighting at sanctuary

  • Solid oak flooring to support the choir, pipe organ, and pulpit area

  • HVAC provided by air handler with duct supply and return and

  • VVT’s for zone control
