Denham-Blythe Company provided construction management services for this new ESL (extended shelf life) process installation so that Jackson Dairy could maintain high quality products as they continue to expand.

• Removed existing roof, removed three existing tanks, installed three new tanks, and replaced new roof

• Installed four new 60’ silos and respective caisson foundation systems

• Built new alcove with acid brick, stainless steel, and necessary anti-harborage details

• Managed installation of all new ESL line equipment

• Built packaging line equipment and new cooler truck extension

• Updated process equipment, electrical, and mechanical systems

• Project tie-ins occurred during holiday plant shut-down
