Denham-Blythe Company was contracted to complete the construction of a new 30,000 SF service

center/warehouse/ sales fl oor for Martin’s Peterbilt.

• PEMB consisting of a 13,740 SF service bay with 12 overhead doors contained a truck wash bay, oil distribution system,antifreeze distribution system, compressed air system, radiant heaters, CO2 monitors and weld plugs in between doors.

• A parts warehouse space of 11,300 SF and included gas heat, a transmission rebuild room, a steel mezzanine and a HVLP fan to cool the space.

• Office/sales fl oor space of 5,540 SF included space to park a semi-truck, sales offices, breakroom, and trucker’s lounge.

• The site included a light duty parking area for customers in addition to heavy-duty asphalt area designed for trucks being sold/serviced.

• Vinyl fencing with a 40’ sliding gate secured the back lot.
