Denham-Blythe's renovation project for the Hutchins Library at Berea College in Berea, Kentucky, consists of nearly 10,000 square feet of building renovations to provide office and work areas for student success, disability, and accessibility services, transformative learning, and emerging scholars.
Additionally, the renovation includes a full-service kitchen area and Starbucks cafe. Exterior improvements include the replacement of the front concrete steps and a new patio with brick pavers, path lighting, wood partitions, and picnic table spaces.
