(AGC of Kentucky - December 20, 2024) Denham-Blythe Company received a Build Kentucky Award in the Building Renovation category for their exceptional work on the CMJ Properties Barn 7 Show Barn Renovation.
This 17,495-square-foot transformation reimagined a 1960s masonry Thoroughbred barn into a state-of-the-art FEI Show Barn. The project introduced upscale stalls, wash and grooming areas, a luxury tack room, and second-story apartments for riders, trainers, and staff. Exquisite wood paneling, stone veneer, and copper detailing set this facility apart, showcasing elegance and precision in equine construction.
Denham-Blythe delivered a prototype facility that will serve as the benchmark for future equestrian campus upgrades, honoring both tradition and innovation.
