Keeneland Racecourse needed to safely store and showcase their impressive collection of equine literature. Denham-Blythe had previously worked with the client and fully understood their expectations to uphold their visual brand for this library on their historic campus.
- Collaborated closely with the client's tenured architect to develop his schematic drawings into construction drawings
- Erected building with cathedral ceilings, dormers, and faux roof assemblies
- Sourced local stone masonry, glass framework, roofing, and copper roof accessories to match historic Keene barn and home
- Installed temperature and humidity controls for rare book room
